譯Moji — 赴日旅遊 AI 翻譯學習工具｜最後更新：2026 年 8 月

                簡要說明：譯Moji 的翻譯功能本身不收集、不儲存、不傳輸任何個人資料，所有翻譯相關的資料處理均在您的裝置上完成。App 內含第三方廣告（Google AdMob），詳見第六節說明。
            

一、資料收集

譯Moji 不收集任何個人資料。我們不會要求您註冊帳號、提供姓名、電子郵件或任何個人識別資訊。App 無需登入即可使用全部功能。

二、相機與相簿

譯Moji 使用裝置相機和相簿來拍攝或選取包含日文的照片，以進行文字辨識（OCR）。

相機僅用於即時拍照辨識文字，不會錄影或持續存取相機
相簿照片僅在 App 內顯示供辨識使用，不會上傳至任何伺服器
所有 OCR 文字辨識均透過 Apple Vision 框架在裝置端完成，照片內容不會離開您的裝置

三、AI 翻譯服務

譯Moji 透過「複製 Prompt 並開啟 AI App」的方式進行翻譯：

App 會將翻譯指令複製到剪貼簿，並開啟您選擇的 AI App（Claude、ChatGPT 或 Gemini）
此過程中譯Moji 僅複製文字到剪貼簿，不會直接傳送任何資料至第三方伺服器
後續的翻譯處理由您所選擇的 AI App 負責，請參閱該 AI App 的隱私權政策
此翻譯流程本身不連線任何外部 API，所有網路通訊皆由第三方 AI App 處理

四、剪貼簿使用

當您點擊「複製 Prompt 並開啟 AI App」時，App 會將翻譯指令寫入系統剪貼簿，以便您在 AI App 中貼上使用。除此之外，App 不會在任何時候讀取或存取剪貼簿內容。

五、本機資料儲存

以下資料僅儲存在您的裝置上（UserDefaults / App Group）：

主題配色偏好
翻譯模式選擇（即時翻譯 / 教學模式）
AI 工具偏好（Claude / ChatGPT / Gemini）
自訂 Prompt 內容
OCR 辨識信心度門檻設定
暫存的累積辨識文字（完成翻譯或手動清除後即刪除）

這些資料完全不會離開您的裝置，也不會與任何第三方共享。

六、第三方服務與廣告

譯Moji 使用 Google AdMob 顯示廣告（橫幅廣告與原生廣告），這是 App 廣告收益模式的一部分。

譯Moji 未實作 App 追蹤透明度（App Tracking Transparency）授權請求，因此不會存取廣告識別碼（IDFA）進行跨 App 追蹤，AdMob 僅會投放非個人化廣告
廣告服務由 Google AdMob 提供，Google 可能依其自身隱私權政策蒐集裝置與技術性資訊以投放廣告，詳情請參閱 Google 隱私權政策
除了 AdMob 廣告 SDK 之外，譯Moji 不內建其他第三方分析工具（如 Firebase Analytics、Google Analytics 等）
譯Moji 本身不使用追蹤像素或 Cookie

七、Share Extension（分享擴展）

譯Moji 提供 Share Extension（分享擴展），讓您在其他 App 中直接分享圖片進行翻譯。Share Extension 與主 App 透過 App Group 共享設定偏好（主題、AI 工具選擇等），不會額外收集或傳輸任何資料。

八、兒童隱私

譯Moji 不針對 13 歲以下兒童設計，也不會刻意收集兒童的個人資料。

Privacy Policy

Moji — AI Translation & Learning Tool for Traveling in Japan | Last updated: August 2026

                In brief: Moji's translation features do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data — all translation-related processing happens entirely on your device. The app displays third-party ads (Google AdMob); see Section 6 below for details.
            

1. Data Collection

Moji does not collect any personal data. We never ask you to create an account or provide your name, email, or any personally identifiable information. All features work without signing in.

2. Camera & Photo Library

Moji uses your device's camera and photo library to capture or select photos containing Japanese text for text recognition (OCR).

The camera is used only for live photo capture and text recognition — it never records video or accesses the camera continuously
Photos from your library are shown in-app for recognition only and are never uploaded to any server
All OCR text recognition is performed on-device using Apple's Vision framework — photo content never leaves your device

3. AI Translation

Moji translates by "copying a prompt and opening an AI app":

The app copies a translation instruction to your clipboard and opens your chosen AI app (Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini)
During this process, Moji only copies text to the clipboard and does not directly send any data to a third-party server
The actual translation is handled by the AI app you chose — please refer to that app's own privacy policy
This translation flow itself does not connect to any external API; all network communication is handled by the third-party AI app

4. Clipboard Use

When you tap "Copy Prompt & Open AI App," Moji writes the translation instruction to the system clipboard so you can paste it into the AI app. Other than this, the app never reads or accesses clipboard content at any other time.

5. On-Device Storage

The following data is stored only on your device (UserDefaults / App Group):

Color theme preference
Translation mode selection (instant translation / teaching mode)
Preferred AI tool (Claude / ChatGPT / Gemini)
Custom prompt content
OCR confidence threshold setting
Temporarily accumulated recognized text (deleted once translation is complete or manually cleared)

This data never leaves your device and is never shared with any third party.

6. Third-Party Services & Advertising

Moji uses Google AdMob to display ads (banner and native ads) as part of the app's ad-supported revenue model.

Moji does not implement an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission request, so it does not access the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) for cross-app tracking — AdMob serves non-personalized ads only
Ad serving is provided by Google AdMob, which may collect device and technical information under its own privacy policy in order to serve ads. See Google's Privacy Policy for details
Aside from the AdMob ad SDK, Moji does not include any other third-party analytics tools (e.g. Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics)
Moji itself does not use tracking pixels or cookies

7. Share Extension

Moji provides a Share Extension that lets you share images directly from other apps for translation. The Share Extension shares preferences with the main app via an App Group (theme, preferred AI tool, etc.) and does not collect or transmit any additional data.

Moji is not designed for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
